What should I do when software upgrade failed by using Upgrades application

The device will remind you the update failed and auto reboot after 120s when your device’s software upgrade failed by using Upgrades application.

Please delete the original downloaded update as below instruction, then use Upgrades application to update once more:

  1. Click the application Updates;

  2. Click image132 - What should I do when software upgrade failed by using Upgrades application  >  Settings  > Delete the downloaded update under System, menu of  “Downloaded version”;

  3. Back to updates interface, re-check the update, then download and install.

Remark: if original update is deleted, the menu of “Downloaded version” will not be displayed.
