Born in July 1957, Tomson Li graduated from South China University of Technology with a major in wireless technology. Li had taken the position of the general manager of TCL Communication Group, general manager of TCL Corporation and now acts as the chairman of the board and president of TCL Corporation.

Mr. Ng Kwok Lun, Norman, the former Company's chief financial officer, is senior vice president and secretary of the broad of directors of the Company. Mr. Ng has over 23 years experience in corporate finance and management from professional accounting, banking, international retailing and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining the Company in January 2005, he served in multi-national corporation Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. as regional treasurer and assistant regional controller, and held senior management positions Hong Kong main board listed companies in the capacities of chief financial officer and company secretary. Mr. Ng graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with an honors degree in Accountancy. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrators and the Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries.
